North Central College is back to defend its men s title and Johns Hopkins University seeks its record-tying fourth consecutive women s crown at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships to be hosted Saturday by the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh at the Lake Breeze Golf Club in Winneconne.
